The Wonderful World of Water

Water is one of the most important requirements for life on Earth. In the 21st century, however, pollution and resource depletion have become increasingly serious problems as we evaluate our relationship with water and the biosphere. The issue of water- what it is, why we we need it, and how we affect it- will always be relevant to human life.

Purpose - Target Audience

Ages 12 and up We feel that the information presented by this website is appropriate for students at a middle school or high school level. We hope that after visiting our site, students will be more informed of the issues and controversies surrounding water in today's global community. Hopefully, they will apply this information to their own lives and use it to help secure a future in which water resources remain available to all.
